Unbeaten No. 14 California Edges No. 23 Santa Clara, 10-9
Senior attackman David Parker scored four goals, including the go-ahead strike with four minutes remaining, to lead No. 14 California to a 10-9 victory over No. 23 Santa Clara in an MCLA Division I game Friday night.
Parker added an assist to finish with a team-high five points, as the Golden Bears (7-0) continued their unbeaten run under first-year head coach Dan Nourse. more >>
CAL BEAT SONOMA: FIrst time in 9 Years!
Cal (#22) beat Sonoma State (#16) for the first time in 9 years. The final was 13 - 12 with Luke Langon scoring the winning goal with 3 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Cal scored 3 goals in 1:29 seconds to erase a 12 - 10 Sonoma lead with 1:32 remaining.
Cal is now #11 in the LaxPower rankings.
